B4Contact was born with the idea of improving communications between and inside organizations. We started our activities using SharePoint technologies for web collaboration. After 3 years of experience using that technology we’ve learned how to effectively use the internet to reach our customer’s goals. Our compromise is to keep updated our knowledge in this always changing area of ITC.

Being a small company and sharing the same challenges than most of similar companies, B4contact had to use technology to generate a competitive advantage, lower costs and increase productivity. We understand that different business have different priorities and we have learned that all of them could get benefits and save resources by using the right mix of investment in technologies and training.

Using ICT is affordable for small companies. Hosted services for email, web collaboration, file sharing are extremely accessible and effective.

For companies that already invested in IT infrastructure and have an IT area the challenge is how to make their investment to give a return (ROI). The appropriate licensing plans, education and security measures are essential.

Without geographical limitations technology can enable individuals to be always close to the office and the information they need to achieve their goals.
